MEET OUR HEAD CHEF

Learn more about our incredible head chef at Miss Pearl, Sushil Aryal, on Anthony Huckstep’s food podcast, ‘Deep in the Weeds’.

Sushil came to Australia from Nepal to study engineering, but fell in love with cooking while working part time in a renowned restaurant in Bondi. Fascinated by food and immersed in the energy of a commercial kitchen, he trained under some of the best chefs in Australia before travelling the world for inspiration. Now, having built a new life and family in Australia he leads the team of our wonderful Southbank restaurant Miss Pearl Bar + Dining.
